    Application

    The dielectric cables for ducts are used for FTTH and long haul networks.
    These cables are dedicated toinstallation by pulling or by air/water floating inside standard ducts.
    For aerial installations, a range of 60m can be reached under standard conditions.
    Modules and fibers managements (even derivation and mid span access) as well as fiber splicing.

    4.2.1光缆机械测试

    4.2.1.1拉伸

    测试方法为IEC60794-1-2方法E1,卡盘直径约为电缆直径的30倍,测试长度大于50m,拉伸速率为100mm / min,在规定的瞬时拉伸力下持续5min 。合格标准:在长期允许的拉力下,纤维无明显的附加衰减,且应变小于0.2%;在瞬态张力下的应变不大于0.6%,没有明显的残余附加衰减,并且没有可见的护套开裂。

    4.2.1.2粉碎

    测试方法为IEC60794-1-2 E3,短时间在扁平压力下施加1分钟,并且扁平的次数至少为3次(扁平点与每个点的距离至少为500mm)。鉴定标准:在长壁球作用下,光纤没有明显的附加衰减,在瞬态扁平化作用下,光纤不会断裂,护套看不到可见的裂纹。

    4.2.1.3影响

    测试方法为IEC60794-1-2方法E4;力是在平坦方向上施加的,中间的块是半径为R12.5mm的圆柱体,锤子的重量为1N,锤子的下落高度为1m,冲击时间至少为3次(冲击点至少为每个点500mm)。鉴定标准:纤维未断裂,护套未见可见裂纹。

    4.2.1.4反复弯曲

    测试方法为IEC60794-1-2方法E6;轴直径是电缆直径的20倍;负载为40N; L值为500mm;弯曲次数是100次。鉴定标准:光纤无明显残留衰减,护套无明显可见裂纹。

    4.2.1.5扭转

    测试方法为IEC60794-1-2方法E7,轴向张力为20N,扭转长度为1m,扭转角为+ 180度(每分钟不少于30次),扭转次数为10次。鉴定标准:纤维未断裂,护套未见可见裂纹。

    4.2.1.6弯曲

    IEC60794-1-2 E11A方法的测试方法;心轴直径是电缆直径的20倍;密集数是每轮6个循环; 10个周期。鉴定标准:纤维未断裂,护套未见可见裂纹。

    4.2.1.7磨损

    测试方法是IEC60794-1- 2方法2中的E2B“标记磨损”方法;负载为10N;循环次数不少于5次。资格标准:外观上仍可识别的外套迹象。

    4.2.2光缆的环境性能

    4.2.2.1高低温循环试验

    IEC60794-1-2 F1方法的测试方法;样品长度足以获得所需的衰减测量精度(通常小于2km);测试温度范围为TA TB的下限和上限的温度范围,并根据相关标准和客户要求,高温为70度,低温为-40℃;保持时间不少于8h 2个周期;衰减;根据IEC60793-1-4“光纤传输部分的衰减变化:后向散射监控法”规定的监控方法,监控是次要的。在测试过程中,由监测仪器的可重复性引起的监测结果的不确定性要优于0.02dB / km。当光纤的衰减变化的绝对值不大于0.02dB / km时,衰减没有明显的变化。当允许衰减改变时,应该理解该值包括在不确定性中。单模光纤的衰减变化监测应在1550nm波长处进行,多模光纤的衰减变化监测应在850nm和/或1300nm波长处进行。鉴定标准:光缆温度附加衰减是指在适当温度下相对于20度温度的光纤衰减之差,单模不大于0.40dB / km,多模不大于0.60dB / km。
